Tyler Sakatani is a photographer and poet living in Los Angeles, California. He has photographed news and sports events in the Long Beach area for the Daily 49er. His poetry has been included in the El Camino Community College literary journal The Myriad, and in the student-published poetry anthology Wet Thoughts, Peeling Paint, and Still Frames. He holds a B.A. in English with Creative Writing Emphasis from California State University, Long Beach.

 

He has two small dogs, named Sunny and Moon, who keep him company. On his free time, you can find him overanalyzing anime and pop lyrics.
